Mechanical Performance Tests and Fracture Analysis of Copper Strip of Medium-voltage Cables

  • 摘要: 介绍了中压电缆金属屏蔽层的规程要求与铜带力学性能试验,结合二例因铜带断裂而引发电缆故障的案例分析,阐述了铜带力学性能及施工工艺对电缆安全运行的影响,并提出了防范电缆铜带断裂的改进建议。

     

    Abstract: The procedural requirements for metal shielding layer of medium-voltage cables and the mechanical performance tests on copper belt are described. Combined with the analysis of two cases concerning cable failures caused by copper belt fracture, the effects of mechanical performance of copper belt and its construction process on the safe operation of the cables are expounded, and suggestions for improving the prevention of cable copper belt fractures are put forward.
