Technical Control Measures for PT Secondary Reverse Charging

  • 摘要: 对一种隔离开关辅助触点接触不良导致的电压互感器二次反充电技术控制措施进了探讨,分析了发生PT二次反充电的原因,并提出了监控后台遥控逻辑闭锁、母联分闸回路闭锁及加强切换装置母线刀闸常闭触点监控及告警的措施,从技术手段上减少了由于刀闸辅助触点不正确动作导致的PT二次反充电的风险,对防止PT二次反充电起到了积极作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the control measures for potential tramsformer(PT) secondary reverse charging caused by poor contact of isolator auxiliary contacts, analyzes the causes of potential transformer secondary reverse charging, and proposes control measures including the monitoring of background remote control logic blocking, circuit bus bar switching circuit blocking, and strengthened measures of monitoring and warning for switching device bus bar switch contacts, technically reducing the risk of PT secondary reverse charging caused by incorrect operation of switcher auxiliary contacts, which plays a positive role for preventing PT secondary reverse charging.
