提高继电保护检修作业效率的方法

Methods for Improving the Effi ciency of Relay Protection Maintenance

  • 摘要: 继电保护检修作业种类较多,其中二次回路通流试验和继电器校验两项检修工作较为费时费力,给人员少、检修任务重的班组造成了较大的工作负担,不利于其他检修工作的正常开展。针对上述问题,研制了便携式继电器校验台和便携式交流回路通流装置,编制了标准化作业指导书。校验台、通流装置与指导书的应用,显著缩短了检修用时,提高了继电保护检修作业效率。

     

    Abstract: Among the variety of relay protection maintenance operations, the maintenance activities concerning the secondary circuit current test and relay calibration are considered time-consuming and laborious,and bring about heavy workload for teams with inadequate personnel and heavy maintenance tasks, which is unbenef itial to perform other routine maintenance activities. In view of this, a portable relay calibration bench and a portable AC circuit current passing device are developed, with standardized operation instructions compiled. The application of calibration bench, f low passage device and instruction manuals signif icantly shortens maintenance time and improves the maintenance eff iciency of relay protection.
