  • 摘要: 伴随电网的快速发展,为有效解决生产任务与人员、装备等资源的矛盾,在检修工作全过程中,以现场作业安全承载力量化分析为基础,创新安全监督量化管理模式,将安全工作关口前移,推进安全管理标准化建设,创新实现由安全监督向安全管理的转变,通过现场作业承载能力分析的“四色”管理,切实做到现场作业的可控、能控、在控。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of power grid, in order to effectively solve the contradiction between production tasks and personnel, equipment and other resources, in the whole process of maintenance work, based on the analysis of the safety bearing capacity of on-site operations, the quantitative management mode of safety supervision was innovated, the safety work gateway was moved forward, the standardization of safety management was promoted, and the transformation from safety supervision to safety management was innovatively realized, and the field operation can be controlled, controlled and under control based on the "fourcolors" management of the field operation carrying capacity analysis.
