Analysis on the Coating Techniques and Safety Performance of Smooth Aluminum Sheathed Cables

  • 摘要: 对原有皱纹铝护套电缆的沥青防腐应用技术缺陷进行分析,创新设计了应用于平滑铝护套电缆的热熔胶材料。对涂敷热熔胶防腐层的平滑铝护套与皱纹铝护套电缆的安全性能方面进行了对比分析,结果表明涂敷热熔胶防腐层的平滑铝护套电缆运行更安全,有很好的市场推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Analyses are made on the defects of asphalt anti-corrosion application technique of the original corrugated aluminum sheathed cables, a kind of hot-melt adhesive material is creatively designed available to the smooth aluminum sheathed cables, and makes a comparative analysis on the safety performance of the smooth aluminum sheathed cables coated with hot-melt adhesive anti-corrosion coatings and the corrugated aluminum sheathed cables. The results show that the smooth aluminum sheathed cables coated with hot-melt adhesive anticorrosion coatings runs safer with a better market promotion value.
