Abstract: Interpretations are made on the background, main contents and supporting measures of the Fifteen Measures Issued by the State Council on Further Strengthening the Implementation of Work Safety Responsibilities and Firmly Preventing and Containment of Major Accidents, offering reference for understanding and implementing the document of the measures, realizing work safety and containing major accidents.
