  • 摘要: 结合发电企业实际情况提出了入厂教育、资格考试、继续教育、自学培训、模拟体验五维一体的互联网+安全教育培训体系机制。以风险分级管控与隐患排查治理双重预防机制为建设基础,以大数据管理为支持,建立安全教育培训基础数据库,形成了全员岗位针对性的安全教育培训内容,解决安全教育培训体系不全、内容不实、效果不佳、时长不足、监管不力、记录不全等问题,提升了安全教育培训效果。

     

    Abstract: In combination with the actual situation of power generation enterprises, a five dimensional internet plus safety education and training system mechanism is proposed, which integrates induction training,qualification examination, continuing education, self-study training and simulation experience. Based on the dual prevention mechanism of risk grading control and hidden danger investigation and governance, and supported by big data management, a basic database of safety education and training is established, which constitutes the specific safety education and training contents for the staff, solves the problems such as incomplete safety education and training system, inaccurate content, poor effectiveness, insufficient duration, inadequate supervision,and incomplete records, and improves the effectiveness of safety education and training.
