Transformation of Control Circuit of Air Compressors and Diesel Fire Pumps

  • 摘要: 某电厂空压机组和柴油消防泵组自带PLC控制系统,且其二次回路设计较为繁琐,故障多,原因排查困难,给机组的安全运行带来隐患。针对此情况进行技术改造,对以上设备只保留现场简单可靠的二次回路,取消就地“黑匣子”PLC,所有控制逻辑做到DCS控制系统中,以提高控制系统的自主可控性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: As the air compressors and diesel fire pumps of a power plant are inherently equipped with PLC control system, and its secondary circuit design is compound, faults are easily caused and difficult for troubleshooting, which brings about potential dangers to the safe operation of units. With these considerations,technical transformation is carried out by retaining a simple and reliable secondary circuit as the sole onsite for the above equipment, canceling the design of local "black box" PLC, and put all control logics together contained in the DCS control system, so as to improve the independent controllability and reliability of the control system.
