Development of the Mobile "Two Tickets" System for Offshore Wind Power Projects

  • 摘要: 传统的“两票”管理机制无法满足海上风电现场作业人员安全和设备运维质量管控的要求,因此,基于互联网通信、多媒体等技术研发出一套适用于海上风电运维的移动“两票”管理系统,解决了安全生产实际中遇到的人员审核、过程监督和技术会商等难题,提高了海上风电企业的现代化管理水平。

     

    Abstract: The traditional "two tickets" management mechanism is unavailable for the safety requirements for onsite operators and the equipment operation and maintenance quality control requirements at the offshore windfarms. Therefore, a mobile "two tickets" management system suitable for offshore windpower operation and maintenance activities has been developed based on internet communication, multimedia and other technologies,which settles the iproblems involving personnel review, process supervision, and technical consultation encountered in the practices of safety production, and improves the modernized management level of offshore wind power enterprises.
