Abstract: In the process of engineering construction, the human’s unsafe behavior is one of the major factors leading to various accidents. By the research on the control forms and methods of behavior safety management in domestic construction enterprises, the development, concept and implementation steps of behavior safety management are introduced, the necessity and influencing factors of behavior safety management is expounded, and the existing problems of behavior safety management in construction as well as the effective application of behavior safety management in construction are discussed, so as to actively correct the unsafe behavior of personnel, prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, and improve the safety management level of enterprise.
