Collapse Analysis of Tubular Demister of Desulfurization Absorber in a Thermal Power Plant

  • 摘要: 对某火电厂2号脱硫塔新增管式除雾器坍塌事故进行分析并对该管式除雾器的结构进行优化改进,有效提高了其结构安全性和稳定性,消除设备设计时遗留的潜在风险点,改进实施后运行至今未发生任何故障,为同类型系统改造优化提供了借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Analyses are performed on a collapse accident occurred in the newly installed tubular demister in No.2 desulfurization tower of a thermal power plant, and optimization and transformation is made on the structure of the tubular demister, which effectively improves its structural safety and stability and eliminate the inherent potential risk points in the equipment design. Upon the upgrades, failures have been brought about no more, which offers reference for the transformation and optimization of the same type of systems.
