Failure Analysis on Boiler Water Wall of 330 MW Unit

  • 摘要: 分析了某330 MW燃煤火电机组修后启动后发生的水冷壁泄漏事件。针对火力发电厂锅炉在进行水冷壁管更换过程中因焊接工艺不良引发的次生问题,从管理及工艺等方面提出了一些总结和建议,为同类型机组在遇到相似情况下制定防范措施提供参考。

     

    Abstract: A water wall leakage event occurred after the start-up post repair of a 330 MW coal-fired power unit is analyzed. In view of the secondary problems caused by the poor welding process in the replacement of water wall tubes of boilers in coal-fired power plants, several conclusions and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of management and process, so as to offer reference as formulating preventive measures for the same type of units in similar situations.
