Analysis on Pollution Accumulation of Glass Insulator in Expansive Soil Area

  • 摘要: 近年来,膨胀土地区的绝缘子污秽程度较为严重,以广西百色地区膨胀土区域内的某500 kV天平双回线路为例,通过对绝缘子污秽物进行提取化验分析,找出导致膨胀土区域内的玻璃绝缘子积污速率高、难以清污是由膨胀土中的矿物质成分蒙脱石的细微颗粒长期在风力作用下附着于玻璃绝缘子伞裙内部所致,对此提出了防范应对措施。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the insulator pollution in expansive soil areas is relatively severe. Taking a 500 kV double-circuit line in the expansive soil area of Baise, Guangxi as an example, based on the extraction,test and analysis of the insulator pollution, it is found that the high pollution rate and poor cleanliness of the glass insulator in the expansive soil area are caused by the fine particles of montmorillonite, one of mineral components of the expansive soil, adhering to the interior of glass insulator umbrella skirts under long-lasting wind circumstances, and thus several preventive countermeasures are put forward.
