Analysis on an Abnormal Event of Fully Insulated Tubular Bus in a Main Transformer

  • 摘要: 因全绝缘管型母线制造工艺不良,金属屏蔽层首末边沿场强分布不均,在户外长期运行下局部击穿后造成间隙性放电,导致220 kV变电站主变运行异常。针对该事件,解体全绝缘管型母线进行检查并结合部分变电站全绝缘管型母线缺陷统计进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施。

     

    Abstract: Due to poor manufacturing process of fully insulated tubular bus and uneven distribution of field strength along the first and last edges of the metal shielding layer, intermittent discharge was caused after partial breakdown during long-term outdoor operation, resulting in abnormal operation of the main transformer in a 220 kV substation. In response to this incident, the fully insulated tube type bus is disassembled for inspection and analyses is made with consideration of the fully insulated tubular bus defect statistics of other several substations,based on which the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
