机组AGC调节性能存在问题分析

  • 摘要: 根据某厂11号机组自动发电控制(AGC)性能指标运行现状,结合河北省调度AGC相关考核细则中指标参数进行对比,经过现场反复试验认证,分析出该厂11号机组AGC调节品质存在的问题。从中调指令信号接收、协调控制逻辑、实发功率信号发送、调整参数、控制系统计算周期各个环节着手分析,提出对应整改措施。提升了该厂11号机组AGC调节性能指标,增加了AGC调峰深度电量,变相地增加了电量补偿费用,实现了由原来指标被省调考核亏损状态转变为盈利的预期,达到了机组挖潜提效的目的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the operation status of AGC performance index of unit 11 in a power plant, combined with the index parameters in the relevant assessment rules of AGC in Hebei Province, the problems existing in AGC regulation quality of unit 11 in the power plant are analyzed after repeated field tests and certification. Analysis is made from such following aspects as receiving signals, coordinating control logic, sending real power signals, adjusting parameters, and controlling system calculation cycle, and suggesting corresponding corrective measures. The AGC regulation performance index of unit 11 in the power plant is improved, the AGC load follow depth generation quantity is enhanced, and the electric quantity compensation cost is increased in disguised form, which realized the expectation that the original index was changed from the loss state assessed by provincial dispatching to the profit state, and achieved the goal of potential tapping and efficiency improvement of the unit.
