浙江省工商业用户配置储能的经济性分析

Economic Analysis on the Energy Storage Configuration for Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Users

  • 摘要: 伴随着新型电力系统的构建与发展,储能成为增强电力系统调节能力、促进新能源和外来电消纳的重要途径之一。通过研究梳理浙江省新型储能相关政策及运行情况,基于浙江省当前的价格机制与调峰辅助服务政策,测算用户侧电池储能的经济性并进行分析,最后对浙江省工商业用户侧储能发展进行展望。

     

    Abstract: With the construction and development of new power system, energy storage has become one of the important ways to enhance the regulation capacity of power system and promote the consumption of new energy and foreign electricity. By studying and sorting out the relevant policies and operation of new energy storage in Zhejiang Province, based on the current price mechanism and peak regulation auxiliary service policies of the Province, the economics of user-side battery energy storage is calculated and analyzed, and finally, the development of industrial and commercial user-side energy storage in Zhejiang Province is expected.
