  • 摘要: 近年来,继电保护装置的误动作时有发生,既有保护装置设备的原因,也有定值整定错误、判断逻辑不正确、二次接线不正确等原因,给电力系统安全稳定运行带来很大的挑战。通过分析一起220 kV母线失灵保护误动作事故,对可能引起事故发生的各方面原因进行讨论分析,最后确定此次事故的原因为CSC103B线路保护出口板失灵启动出口继电器损坏,造成C相启动失灵节点长期闭合,使得C相失灵启动回路在C相发生故障时瞬时导通,误启动失灵。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the malfunction of protective relaying devices occurs from time to time due to the fault of protection devices, the error of setting values, incorrect judgment logic, incorrect secondary wiring and other reasons, which brings about great challenges to the safe and stable operation of the power system. Based on the analysis of a 220 kV bus failure protection malfunction accident, various factors that might cause the accident are discussed and analyzed, and finally it is determined to be the damage of startup exit relay at the CSC103B line protection exit board which should have been started in case of protection failure, resulting in long-term closure of the C-phase failure startup panel point which makes the C-phase failure startup circuit is switched on instantaneously when the C-phase failure occurs.
