  • 摘要: 石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺氧化风机的选型是在设计时确定的,部分机组氧化风系统无法自动调节风量,导致氧化风系统电耗增加。针对燃煤硫分变化较大的燃煤电厂,设计一套“二炉二塔”脱硫氧化风系统集中控制系统,通过在线检测吸收塔浆液的亚硫酸钙浓度,自动调节氧化风量,降低了氧化风系统电耗,起到节能降耗目的。

     

    Abstract: The type selection of oxidation fan for limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process is determined in the design. The oxidation air system of some units cannot automatically adjust the air volume,which causes an increase in power consumption of the oxidation air system. As for coal-fired power plants with large changes in sulfur content of coal, a set of centralized control system for desulfurization and oxidation air system for "two boilers and two towers" is designed. Through online detection of the calcium sulfite concentration in slurry inside the absorption tower, the oxidation air volume is automatically adjusted, which reduces the power consumption of oxidation air system and achieves the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
