红外测温在变压器储油柜运行状态分析中的应用

Application of Infrared Temperature Measurement in Running Status Analysis of Transformer Oil Conservators

  • 摘要: 储油柜作为变压器重要的辅助设备,由于呼吸作用失效引起假油位,油位误报警,绝缘油压力异常升高,最终导致瓦斯保护动作事故时有发生。红外测温技术根据储油柜的内部结构和呼吸作用机理,得到变压器正常运行和异常运行时储油柜的典型红外热像图,通过事故案例验证了所提出的典型红外热像图的准确性,为变压器储油柜运行状态分析提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Oil conservator, as a key auxiliary equipment of transformer, might cause false oil level due to a breathing failure, which leads to a false alarm and eventually brings about a gas protection accident from time to time. The infrared temperature measurement technology is available to confirm the typical infrared thermograms of oil conservators both in the normal and abnormal operation of transformers according to the inner structure of an oil conservator and its breathing mechanism, based on which the accuracy of the proposed typical infrared thermograms is verified, offering reference for running status analysis of transformer oil conservators.
