Abstract: An in-depth analysis is conducted on the chemical supervision and management strategies of thermal power plants, with a focus on strengthening the organizational leadership, standardizing the disposal process, implementing supervision responsibilities, tracking indicators, and closed-loop verification of chemical supervision. The innovative ideas for chemical supervision and management in power plants are elaborated, which offers reference for chemical supervision and management activities in power plants.
