架空输配电线高效跨越放线装置的研发

Development of High-efficiency Crossing Payoff Tensioner for Overhead Transmission and Distribution Lines

  • 摘要: 在进行输配电线路大修技改、新建线路时,松、放线施工是最频繁的作业,特别是在遇到交叉跨越线路的情况,采用传统的方法往往工作量大,费时费力,劳动强度大且效率低。采用提出的架空输配电线高效跨越放线装置,可高效安全展放,机动灵活,移动方便、不受跨越点地理位置限制,显著提高了作业效率,降低了高空作业风险和劳动强度,优化了作业流程,有效解决了传统施工方法的弊端。

     

    Abstract: During overhauls and technical transformation of transmission and distribution lines as well as the construction of new lines, line tensioning and releasing are the most frequent operations, especially in case of crossing lines, the traditional methods often feature heavy workload, time-consuming, laborious, laborintensive and inefficient, while the proposed high-efficiency crossing payoff tensioner for overhead transmission and distribution line can be used for tensioning and releasing lines efficiently and safely, flexible, easy to move,and not limited by geographical locations of the crossing points, which significantly improves the work efficiency,reduces the risks and labor intensity of overhead operations, optimizes the work process, and effectively solves the drawbacks of traditional construction methods.
