  • 摘要: 围绕大面积停电事件的防范和应对这两个核心问题,从加强各方工作联动、提高工作效率出发,重点对日常如何开展各方联动进行了研究,提出政府、企业、用户与民生重要单位之间的联动工作要点,以期最大程度地提升大面积停电事件的防范和应对能力。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on the two core issues of prevention and response to large blackout and starting from the strengthening of work linkage of all parties and work efficiency improvement, this paper emphatically studies on how to carry out the coordinated daily actions of all parties, and puts forward the key points of linkage work between the government, enterprises, users and important units of people’s livelihood, with an intent to maximize the prevention and response capability against large blackout.
