Analysis on an Oil-immersed Current Transformer Accident

  • 摘要: 针对一起500 kV油浸式电流互感器爆炸事故展开调查,通过诊断试验和解体分析综合研判本次事故的主要原因为该电流互感器绝缘水平偏低,在长期运行过程中绝缘随之劣化,随着时间发展造成主绝缘击穿。对该事故提出相应的应对措施,为同类型电流互感器的故障诊断和运行维护提供参考。

     

    Abstract: An investigation is done on an explosion accident of 500 kV oil-immersed current transformer.Through diagnostic test and disassembly analysis, it was comprehensively determined that the main cause of the accident was that the insulation level of the current transformer was too low, the insulation deteriorates during long-term operation and comes to the breakdown of the main insulation by time. The corresponding measures are put forward for the accident, which offers reference for fault diagnosis, operation and maintenance of such current transformers.
