Abstract: By introduction of the abnormal reasons of DC resistance in a generator rotor under the scenarios of different rotation angles, an improvement scheme of conductive screw of threaded structure is proposed specifically to the original design defects in the contact plate clamping screw structure, which eliminates hidden dangers of operating rotor DC arc burning due to DC resistance abnormalities during the rotor operation.
