摘要: 介绍发电机转子直流电阻在转动不同角度下,出现偏差异常的原因,针对原来接触片卡紧结构导电螺钉存在的设计缺陷,提出了采用螺纹结构导电螺钉的改进方案,消除了转子运行中,由于直流电阻异常,导致转子直流电弧烧损的安全隐患。Abstract: By introduction of the abnormal reasons of DC resistance in a generator rotor under the scenarios of different rotation angles, an improvement scheme of conductive screw of threaded structure is proposed specifically to the original design defects in the contact plate clamping screw structure, which eliminates hidden dangers of operating rotor DC arc burning due to DC resistance abnormalities during the rotor operation.
