Abstract:
The Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory is described, the problems existing in the safety management of power enterprises are analyzed, and the practical applications and precautions of Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory in the process of enterprise safety management are expounded. It is considered that incentive means should be used reasonably to stimulate employees’ desire for high-level needs by realizing employees’ lowlevel needs, so as to enhance employees’ sense of belonging and safety awareness; It is pointed out that we must adhere to the principle of people-oriented and life first, establish the concept of safety for all employees, cultivate excellent enterprise safety culture, strive to improve the level of intrinsic safety, and finally achieve the overall goal of zero personnel violations, zero equipment defects, zero power grid faults and zero safety accidents.
