Cause Analysis and Treatment of Tube Breaks in Water Wall of Boiler Cold Ash Bucket

  • 摘要: 针对某电厂发生水冷壁爆管导致机组非计划停运事件,通过宏观检查、材质分析、硬度测量、力学性能试验与金相检测找出爆管原因,并提出了一种防砸耐磨的锅炉冷灰斗水冷壁保护结构。通过实际应用证实,该结构有效提升了冷灰斗水冷壁的防砸、防磨能力,同时对锅炉本体的影响可控,保障了机组的平稳运行。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the unplanned shutdown of a unit caused by tube breaks in water wall of a power plant, the cause of tube breaks is found out by macroscopic inspection, material analysis, hardness measurement,mechanical property test and metallographic inspection, and a shatterproof and wear-resistant water wall protection structure for the boiler cold ash bucket is proposed. The practical application proves that the structure effectively improves the shatterproof and wear-resisting ability of the water wall of cold ash bucket, and that the influence on the boiler body is controllable, ensuring the stable operation of the unit.
