Abstract: Based on combing the misoperation events of substation operation and maintenance personnel in power grid enterprises, combined with the operation and maintenance management experience for substations,analysis is performed on the risk factors for substation operation and maintenance personnel in switching operation, and countermeasures for dealing with these risk factors are put forward, so as to offer reference for power grid enterprises to prevent misoperations of substation operation and maintenance personnel.
