内悬浮内拉线抱杆安全监控系统研制

Development of Safety Monitoring System for Inner Suspension and Inner Stay Pole

  • 摘要: 内悬浮内拉线组塔方案容易因抱杆倾角和拉线拉力过大导致抱杆倾倒。为改变抱杆倾角与拉力无实时监控的缺点,研制安全监控系统,以两轴倾角和应力传感器感知抱杆倾角和拉线拉力,由Zigbee无线网络将数据传输至现场监测系统中,并由4G网络将现场数据传输到省公司安监系统。该系统利用物联网技术对抱杆倾角和拉力状态进行实时监控,提高了抱杆组塔施工安全性和组塔效率。

     

    Abstract: In the scheme of tower assembly with inner suspension and inner stay wire, the excessive inclination angle of the pole and the pulling force of stay wire may result in the collapse of the pole. In order to overcome the shortcoming that there is no real-time monitoring for the angle and tension of holding pole, the safety monitoring system is developed. The angle and tension of holding pole are sensed by two-axial angle and stress sensors. The data is transmitted to the on-site monitoring system via Zigbee wireless network, and the onsite data is transmitted to the safety monitoring system of provincial company via 4 G network. The system uses the Internet of things technology to monitor the angle and tension of the holding pole in real time, which improves the construction safety and efficiency of the pole erection.
