Abstract:
In the scheme of tower assembly with inner suspension and inner stay wire, the excessive inclination angle of the pole and the pulling force of stay wire may result in the collapse of the pole. In order to overcome the shortcoming that there is no real-time monitoring for the angle and tension of holding pole, the safety monitoring system is developed. The angle and tension of holding pole are sensed by two-axial angle and stress sensors. The data is transmitted to the on-site monitoring system via Zigbee wireless network, and the onsite data is transmitted to the safety monitoring system of provincial company via 4 G network. The system uses the Internet of things technology to monitor the angle and tension of the holding pole in real time, which improves the construction safety and efficiency of the pole erection.
