Abstract: In view of the severe security situations grid enterprises are facing at present as a superposition of the frequent risks, the surge of "three high" violations and illegal activities, the deep causes and bottlenecks of those illegal activities are analyzed, both of the core issues are studied concerning anti-violation and fight against illegal activities, the violation management of "three transitions" are push forward in close combination with supervision and management activities, so as to comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of management of illegal activities and ensure the stability of their production safety.
