Camera Configuration in Substations Based on Laser Point Cloud Data and 3D Visual Domain Analysis

  • 摘要: 为解决变电站摄像机布点主观性强、点位配置验收难度大等问题,提出了一种基于激光点云数据与三维可视域分析的变电站摄像机优化配置方法。该方法通过激光点云技术对变电站设备建模,并根据变电站设备智能巡视点位配置标准,采用三维可视域分析算法智能生成摄像机安装布点方案,实现变电站远程巡视摄像机自动化与精细化布点工作。结果表明,此优化布置方案相比传统布置方法投入摄像机数量更少,点位覆盖率与冗余覆盖率更高。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems such as strong subjectivity in camera layout and difficulty in the acceptance of point configuration for further, a method for optimizing camera configuration in substations is proposed based on laser point cloud data and 3D visual domain analysis. The method is proposed to model substation equipment by laser point cloud technology, and use a three-dimensional visual domain analysis algorithm to intelligently generate a camera installation and layout selection plan in line with the configuration standards of intelligent inspection points for substation equipment, achieving automatic and refined layout of remote inspection cameras in substations. In contrast to the traditional layout methods, the optimized layout scheme features fewer cameras to be invested as well as higher point coverage rate and redundant coverage rate.
