Analysis of a High-voltage Casing Failure Event

  • 摘要: 针对某变电站高压套管破损导致线路故障的事件,通过对该线路套管进行检查、试验及相关数据分析,确认该故障的主要原因为套管生产制造缺陷并提出后续措施。据此,总结了高压套管常见故障及处理方法,为套管的日常运维提供依据。

     

    Abstract: In view of the line fault event caused by the damage of a high-voltage bushing in a substation,through the inspection, test and relevant data analysis of the line bushing, it is confirmed that the main cause of the fault is a manufacturing defect in the bushing, and the follow-up measures are proposed. On this basis, the common faults and treatment methods of high-voltage casing are summarized, providing basis for daily operation and maintenance of casings.
