Abstract: Reheater is an important heating surface of boiler. Once a reheater leakage leads to the boiler shutdown, it will directly affect the tasks of power generation and heat supply. In view of the leakage problem in the rear panel reheater in a power plant, based on various detection and analysis means such as macro inspection,chemical composition analysis, mechanical property detection, metallographic structure analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the leaked heating pipe is carried out, and preventive measures are put forward, which can be used for reference by thermal power plants of the same type.
