Abstract: Based on the experience of substation operation and maintenance management in the process of comprehensive self-transformation of a 220 kV substation, analyses are carried out on the safety risks during the period, the coping strategies and advanced experience are summarized, which offers reference for power grid enterprises to strengthen the safety management in the process of comprehensive self-transformation of substations.
