Abstract: How to effectively prevent electric power production accidents and strengthen the construction of enterprise safety production culture has become an important issue that cannot be avoided. This paper introduces the analysis of the current situation of safety production culture in power supply enterprises, explores the practice and experience of enterprise safety culture construction, and discusses how to use various solid and effective measures to exert profound influence on people’s idea, awareness, attitude and behaviors by creating a good safety humanistic atmosphere and harmonious interpersonal relationship to reduce the possibility of accidents caused by human factors, and fundamentally establish a safe production culture system in which power supply enterprises are deeply rooted.
