Scheme for Disconnecting and Connecting Public Voltage in the Secondary System Transformation of Substations

  • 摘要: 结合现场工作实践,以某220 kV线路保护更换工程为例,梳理了变电站二次系统公用电压回路的接线形式,介绍了工程中公用电压拆搭接方案,同时归纳总结方案的制定原则和典型风险以及防范措施,为现场工作人员安全高效地完成拆搭接工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the on-site practice and taking a 220 kV line protection replacement project as an example, the wiring forms of public voltage circuits in the secondary system of the substation are sorted out,descriptions on the public voltage disconnecting and connecting scheme for the project are made, and the principles of formulating the scheme, typical risks, and preventive measures are summarized, which offers reference for on-site personnel to safely and efficiently complete the disconnecting and connecting activities.
