Methods for Implementing the "Thirty Measures for Electric Power Construction" in the Infrastructure Period

  • 摘要: 介绍了《电力施工反措三十条》出台的背景,分析了在电力建设工程基建期施用《电力施工反措三十条》的目的和意义,并以电力建设施工中发生率较高的起重伤害为例,通过分析起重伤害常见事故类型及事故常见的原因,从施工作业准备、过程阶段安全管理、退场阶段安全管理三个方面,提出了在基建期有效施用《电力施工反措三十条》的思路和方法。

     

    Abstract: The background of introducing the "Thirty Measures for Electric Power Construction" is briefed,and analyses are carried out on the purpose and significance of applying the "Thirty Measures for Electric Power Construction" in the infrastructure period of electric power engineering construction projects. Taking lifting injuries of a high incidence rate in electric power construction as an example, analyses are conducted on the common types and causes of lifting injuries, concerning three aspects of construction preparation, process safety management and exit safety management, based on which ideas and methods for effectively applying the "Thirty Measures for Electric Power Construction" in the infrastructure period are proposed available for communication and reference among the peers.
