电站锅炉末级过热器内壁氧化皮分析

摘要: 通过对一台运行约13万h的电站锅炉末级过热器进行现场氧化皮检测及实验室分析,预测末级过热器管子的剩余寿命。现场检测氧化皮厚度分布规律与电厂监测的壁温分布规律非常吻合,能反映末级过热器管实际服役时的温度分布状况;通过与实验室分析结果对比,证明采用内壁氧化皮测厚仪的测量结果是可靠的;寿命预测结果显示取样管的最小剩余寿命为46 834 h,应加强监控,其余末级过热器管的剩余寿命仍有较大裕度,但应定期对其氧化皮厚度进行普查。Abstract: Through on-site oxide scale skin inspection and lab analysis of final stage superheater of a power plant boiler which has operated for about 130 000 hours, the residual service life of superheater tubes is predicted. The distribution of oxide scale thickness measured on-site perfectly matches with the tube wall temperature distribution measured, which can fairly reflect the actual temperature distributions of final stage superheater tubes; the results of laboratory comparative analysis have verified that the measurement by using inner wall oxide scale thickness gauge is reliable. The life prediction results show that the minimum remaining life of the sample tube is 46 834 hours. It is suggested that there is still large margin for residual life of final stage super heater tubes, and monitoring should be strengthened, while inspections of oxide scale thickness be regularly carried out.
