多利益主体主动配电网规划研究

Research on Multi-stakeholder Active Distribution Grid Planning

  • 摘要: 从经济性和可靠性角度出发对主动配电网进行规划,利用进化细菌觅食算法优化配电网线路,对分布式电源进行选址定容。在目标算例中,得出配电网架运维成本最低、用户总运行成本最小的最优方案。

     

    Abstract: From the perspective of economics and reliability, the active distribution grid is planned, the distribution grid lines are optimized by using evolutionary bacterial foraging algorithm, and the location and capacity of distributed power supply are determined. In the target example, the optimal scheme is obtained with the lowest operation and maintenance cost of distribution grid and the lowest total operation cost of users.
