Abstract: In order to strengthen the safety management of small-scale grid infrastructure projects,strengthening the concept of "intensive management and control", the logistics project management center was set up, the "risk classification" strategy was implemented, and a perfect safety management and control system was established. At the same time, a full process safety management and control mode with high integration of city and county companies and real-time supervision of provincial companies was built based on "Internet +", which comprehensively improves the standardized management level of projects, ensures the pre-analysis of safety management risks, the whole process control and the traceability of responsibilities for small-scale infrastructure projects of power grid.
