  • 摘要: 归类并总结了凝汽器钛管板密封焊缝在服役阶段常见的缺陷类型和产生的原因,针对性地提出了包括手工焊修复、自动自熔焊、自动填丝焊修复和堵管修复等方案,并根据缺陷实际情况采取了相应的焊接修复工艺与实施步骤,明确了质量管控措施和质量验收要求,为凝汽器钛管板密封焊缝的现场修复及质量管控提供了借鉴,有效保证了凝汽器的安全运行。

     

    Abstract: The common seal weld defect types and causes of titanium tubesheet in the service of condensers are classified and summarized, based on which the corresponding repair solutions are proposed including manual welding, automatic self-fusion welding, automatic wire filling welding and tube blocking, etc. According to the actual situation of defects, the specific welding repair process and implementation steps are taken, and the quality control measures and quality acceptance requirements are clarified, which is regarded as the reference for onsite repairs and quality control of seal welds of titanium tube plates of condensers, and effectively guarantees the safe operation of condensers.
