Abstract: In response to the frequent occurrence of violations in the construction of electric power engineering projects, analyses are carried out on the root causes of such violations concerning the nature of violations, the psychology of violators, and the problems in regulatory behavior. Specific control measures are proposed during the construction of such engineering projects, which offers reference for safety management and control in the construction of engineering projects of the same type.
