Abstract: Among the current electric power administrative law enforcement activities, the effect of administrative punishment of unilaterally cracking down on illegal consequences is not obvious in curbing the damage of electric power facilities by external forces. Taking the government-enterprise coordination as a platform, Guangzhou has explored a preventive law enforcement means for the ineffective implementation of safety measures. The one-year law enforcement practice has proved that this means effectively improves the external operation environment of power facilities and significantly reduces the number of external damages,which can be regarded as reference for domestic peers.
