The Construction of RFID-based Supervisory Inspection System for Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 输电线路巡视质量对保障电网安全运行至关重要,而保证巡视质量关键在于强化输电线路巡视主体责任的落实。在传统监察性巡视的基础上,基于射频电子标签(RFID)技术升级输电线路巡视监察手段,以提高电力设施保护巡视效率和督查质量,促进第一责任人主体责任意识和履责能力的双提升,有效降低了发生责任性外力破坏事件的概率。

     

    Abstract: The quality of transmission line inspections is of great concern to ensure the safe operation of power grid, the key of which is to strengthen the implementation of the main responsibility of transmission line inspections. On the basis of traditional supervisory inspections, radio frequency electronic tag technology(RFID)is applied to promote the transmission line inspection means and thus improve the inspection efficiency and supervision quality of power facility protection, boost the dual improvement of main responsibility consciousness and performance ability as the first responsible person, and effectively reduce the probability of external damage events within responsibility.
