Abstract:
To reduce accident losses and improve the emergency response efficiency, power supply companies are necessary to establish a scientific, perfect and targeted emergency plan system. A risk assessment is carried out in a district power supply company by use of entropy weight method combined with risk matrix method, and its emergency plan system arrangement is studied based on the risk assessment conclusions.Comparing various risk items with its emergency plan system, the emergency plan system is enabled to cover all risk items, but the prevention and control measures for some risks would be further improved.
