Abstract:
By analyzing the demand for anti-misoperation in substations under the "one-key sequential control" operation mode, it is pointed out that the traditional anti-misoperation system in substations is not consistent with the new demand for "one-key sequential control" operation mode., based on which an intelligent anti-misoperation system suitable for substations that adopts the "one-key sequential control" operation mode is proposed and verified through practical engineering applications. The system adopts a "double checks" mechanism for anti-misoperation, achieving the automation of the entire process of logic verification, sequential controls of unlocking/locking operations, real-time information sharing, switching from sequential operation to conventional operation, system interface standardization and other functions, which is available to be applied in the conventional substations and intelligent substations.
