输煤本质安全智能管控系统研究

Research on the Intrinsic Safety Intelligent Control System for Coal Handling in Thermal Power Plants

  • 摘要: 以某火电厂输煤系统为研究对象,根据输煤系统本质安全管理要求,设计一套火电厂输煤本质安全智能管控系统。该系统架构设计以智能传感技术、物联网技术和现代数字信息化技术为基础,功能模块设计上应用了图像识别、大数据分析、人工智能等先进算法,形成违章与异常识别、人员定位、设备状态实时监测、皮带巡检机器人、智能门禁、智能水冲洗、职业健康等七个功能模块,全面提升人员安全、设备安全、作业安全、环境安全,最终实现输煤系统本质安全。

     

    Abstract: Taking coal handling system of a thermal power plant as the research target, an intrinsic safety intelligent control system for coal handling is designed according to the intrinsic safety management requirements of coal handling system. The system is based on intelligent sensor technology, Internet of Things technology and modern digital information technology in its architecture design, and the advanced algorithms such as image recognition, big data analysis and artificial intelligence are applied in its functional module design. The intelligent control system finally forms seven functional modules, including violation and abnormality identification, personnel positioning, real-time monitoring of equipment status, belt inspection robot, intelligent access control, intelligent water flushing and occupational health, etc., which comprehensively improves safety in personnel, equipment, operation and the environment, and finally realizes the intrinsic safety of coal handling system.
