Improvement on Single-source Single-charging DC Power Supply System

摘要: 单电单充直流系统在交流电源切换过程中,需要蓄电池对直流用电设备短时供电,若切换失败或蓄电池组故障,将影响二次设备正常运行,可靠性较低。通过改进原直流系统接线方式,增加备用充电模块,保证只有一段交流失电时或交流切换装置故障(检修)时,直流系统仍能可靠供电。通过试验及现场检验验证了该方案的有效性。Abstract: During switching over of AC power supply, the single-source single-charging DC power supply system needs battery to supply power for DC loads for a short period, and the failure of switching over or the fault of battery would affect the normal operation of secondary load equipment, which is of low reliability. By modifying the wiring mode of original DC power supply system and providing standby charging module, it is ensured that DC system would still supply power reliably in case of partial AC failure or the fault maintenanie of AC switching device. The tests and onsite inspections prove the effectiveness of such a scheme.
