Identification and Prevention of Single-phase Disconnection Faults in Indirect Neutral-point Grounding System

  • 摘要: 单相断线故障是中性点不接地系统中隐蔽性强、容易忽视。以浙江某地区35 kV中性点不接地系统出线单相断线故障为例,从原理上分析了该类故障现象的形成原因,并基于故障情况下电源侧和负荷侧的异常电压分析,提出单相断线故障的快速判别方法和防治建议,为今后调度和运维人员准确判别、及时处理和有效防治该类故障提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Single-phase disconnection fault is a kind of fault with strong concealment and easy to be ignored in indirect neutral-point grounding system. Taking several single-phase disconnection faults at the power supply side of a 35 kV indirect neutral-point grounding system in Zhejiang Province as example, the causes are analyzed on such faults in principle, and suggestions on rapid identification and prevention of single-phase disconnection faults are put forward based on the analysis of abnormal voltage at power and load side in those failure cases,which offers reference for dispatch and maintenance personnel to accurately identify, timely settle and efficiently prevent such faults.
