Abstract: Study is conducted on the practice in the core teams ability building of all-round substation maintenance services. Taking the Chenzhou Power Supply Company as an example, the difficulties and challenges in building the core teams of all-round services are analyzed, based on which a new training idea and system demonstration model is set up while carrying out the ability building of the professional maintenance teams based on the model of ’project-independent implementation + whole station-based centralized maintenance’, which promotes the professional ability of the substation maintenance teams, and improves the professional ability of core teams in all-round operation and maintenance services.
