“3060”双碳目标下电力在能源领域中的发展趋势研究

Study on the Development Trend of Electric Power in the Energy Field under “3060” Dual Carbon Target

  • 摘要: 随着电力系统的持续发展,作为最重要的二次能源,电力已成为连接一次能源和用户的主要桥梁。在我国2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和目标的背景下,新能源将迎来大规模发展。考虑能源供给侧结构性改革和电能替代战略持续发展,同时考虑氢能等新型二次能源的兴起,有必要重新梳理电力在能源领域中的定位并提出发展趋势。考虑我国能源绿色转型发展,在分析电力传统定位发展历程的基础上,结合我国未来用能形势、供给侧电能开发、消费侧电能替代对我国能源电力发展的影响,提出未来电力在能源领域中的发展趋势和主要指标。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of electric power systems, as the most important secondary energy, electricity has become the main bridge connecting primary energy and users. Under the background of achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 in China, the new energy will develop rapidly. Considering the structural reform of the energy supply side and the sustainable development of the electric energy substitution strategy, and considering the rise of new secondary energy sources such as hydrogen energy, it is necessary to reorganize the position of electric power in the energy field and propose development trend. Considering the development of China’s energy green transformation, and on the basis of analyzing the development history of traditional electric power position, considering China’s future energy development situation, supply side power development, and consumption side electric energy substitution to China’s energy and electric power development, the future development trend and key indicators of electric power in the energy field is proposed.
